Northland Condominiums has a single entrance/exit on Moorefield Rd. just east of the traffic light at Middle Urbana Rd. and Moorefield Rd.

Traffic into Northland is restricted to owners and their guests. The speed limit on our streets is 15 mph. Many residents here enjoy walking, riding their bikes, and walking their dogs.
