History

In 1991, H. C. Bishop, Inc., began developing the land as a condominium community made up of 120 units. Named “Northland Condominium,” the official declarations were filed on November 15, 1991, with the Clark County Auditor. Each of the 60 buildings is made of 2 condo units, each of which contains 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, living/dining room, laundry area, and a sunroom or patio. A firewall divides the 2 units between the garages and master bedrooms.

Northland Condominium is a private community with access on Moorefield Road. There are no through streets.

The streets in Northland are Auston Street (center), Brannan Drive East, and Brannan Drive West.
